3. Hosting and Security

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to ensure website availability, security (including DDoS protection), and performance.

Cloudflare may temporarily store logs to detect malicious behavior, but does not use these logs to personally identify you.

4. Analytics

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused, open-source web analytics solution. Umami:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not collect personal data
• Does not track users across websites

The data collected is anonymized and includes general information such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and referral source. This information helps us understand user behavior and improve the website.

5. Memport App

The Memport app helps you save your own Snapchat Memories into your device's photo library. This section describes the data the app handles.

Your photos and videos stay on your device

Your memories are read from the export file you provide and saved directly into your device's photo library. All processing happens on your phone. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party.

No account

The app has no login and no user account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal profile information to use the app.

Analytics and crash reporting

To understand how the app is used and to fix problems, the app collects anonymous usage analytics and crash and performance data:

• PostHog for anonymous product-usage analytics (for example which screens are viewed and which steps are completed). Events are sent through our own backend at backend.memport.app.
• Sentry for crash reports and performance diagnostics.

This data is not linked to your identity. The app generates a random, anonymous identifier so we can count unique installs and sessions. It is not tied to your Apple or Google account, your Snapchat account, or your name. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Purchases

If you make the one-time in-app purchase, it is processed by Apple or Google, depending on where you installed the app. Your purchase status is stored on your device. We do not receive your payment details.

Support

If you contact support, you may choose to give us an email address so we can reply. We use it only to respond to your request.

Your choices and contact

Because there is no account and your memories stay on your device, there is no personal profile for us to delete. To ask a question about your data or to request deletion of any support correspondence, contact support@memport.app.

6. Data Retention

We do not store personal data through our website. Any analytics data collected is anonymous and used only for statistical purposes.
